ENG is hiring a Program Driver / Lead Coach to lead and operate its Technical Learning Paths. The role owns the structured learning journey, coordinates technical experts, trade coaches, SMEs, and mentors, manages weekly training cadence and cohorts, delivers training, and keeps the curriculum current. It requires at least five years of VDC/BIM experience, strong Revit and Navisworks knowledge, facilitation and coaching skills, fluent English, and the ability to coordinate experts and trainees. The position is fully remote.
