Description
The Program Eligibility Specialist determines eligibility for state and federally funded Early Head Start, Head Start, and State Child Development programs; conducts interviews, processes verification and childcare contracts, maintains records, manages data and billing, and supports family relationships. The role is limited to 3–12 months and requires fluency in two or more languages, including one supporting the program and community, along with education and experience requirements for Level I or Level II. A valid California driver’s license, driving record, and proof of insurance may be required for job-related travel.
