Description
The Program Enablement Analyst supports Axos Clearing LLC’s Enablement function within the Securities Strategy & Execution team by planning and delivering change enablement for employees and clients. The role owns Tier 0 and Tier 1 change plans, produces communications and training artifacts, coordinates the RIA Connection cycle, publishes recurring communications, and maintains project governance. It requires at least two years of related financial-services experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with project management and content or work-management platforms.
