Description
The Program Engagement Representative serves as the front-line contact for Costco Auto Program members, answering inbound calls, educating members about the car-buying process, gathering information for Program Specialists, documenting feedback, and making calls to dealerships as needed. The role supports Program Specialists and management, acts as a backup when needed, and requires a high school diploma, at least two years of service-oriented experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
