RTX is hiring an onsite MRO Engineering Specialist in Singapore to support aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations. The role covers repair assessments, airworthiness documentation, tooling and fixture design, 3D-printed component development and validation, digitalization and automation initiatives, process improvement, and training. Candidates should have a mechanical or aerospace engineering degree or equivalent, with fresh graduates welcome and 3–7 years of relevant experience advantageous; programming, Python, CATIA, and robotic or cobot experience are beneficial.
