Description
Textron Systems is hiring a Program Engineer to support strategic weapon systems and subsystem technical design solutions for advanced programs. The role leads cross-functional program planning, subsystem design, integration, testing, schedule and budget management, risk mitigation, technical guidance, design reviews, customer engagement, and program execution gates. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 10 years of engineering design, integration, test and evaluation experience, strong missile-systems and military-standards knowledge, program-management software proficiency, and a SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SAP; travel of approximately 25% is required.
