StandardAero is hiring a Program Engineering Director - CFM56 to lead the CFM56 Service Engineering team and drive repair, overhaul, module-exchange, and life-optimization strategies for CFM56-5B and -7B programs. The role manages work scopes, OEM relationships, customer issues, vendor and supply-chain coordination, engineering projects, and the development of engineering policies and procedures, while providing functional leadership and mentoring the service engineering team. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, a master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of aviation propulsion, engine MRO, engineering, asset management, or related aerospace experience.
