Description
ATSC is seeking a Program Engineering Manager to lead a diverse team of systems, mechanical, electrical, software, and test engineers. The role oversees engineering project planning, execution, delivery, budgets, resources, risks, and performance; provides technical direction; collaborates with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders; and improves engineering processes. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of engineering experience, at least 8 years in leadership or management, C5ISR experience, knowledge of government-funded contracts and relevant standards, and approximately 10% travel.
