ProSidian is hiring a Program Evaluation Lead to support workforce planning, strategic human capital analytics, human capital research, and programmatic evaluation for federal science agency clients such as the National Science Foundation. The role designs evaluation frameworks, develops KPI scorecards and findings reports, conducts workforce research and compliance assessments, and supports digital transformation, process automation, and data-driven decision-making. It is a hybrid position based in Alexandria, Virginia, with work across the Mid Atlantic Region, and requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 8+ years of relevant experience.
