AERDF is hiring a Program Executive Director to lead a four-year, advanced inclusive research and development program on neuroscience and the future of learning. The role will refine testable hypotheses, develop milestones, launch funding opportunities, build partnerships, manage a multi-million-dollar portfolio and budget, hire and lead a team, and create a cross-sector community focused on equity and evidence-based impact for priority PreK-12 populations. The position is remote, reports to the Chief of Program Strategy and Innovation, and offers a base salary of $212,000 to $362,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
