The employer is hiring a full-time, in-person Program Executive (Program Director) in Palos Verdes Estates, California, with a stated compensation of 85,000. The role runs the facility daily, supervises all staff, ensures compliance with DHCS and JCAHO regulations, trains staff and medical personnel, manages schedules, hiring, accountability, vehicles, maintenance, food, inventory, and other operational elements, and serves as an on-call resource. Candidates must have a valid RADT or higher certification, CPR certification, prior DTX/RTC facility experience, computer and Kipu proficiency, strong people skills, a California driver's license, and availability to work every Saturday.
