Description
The Program Facilitator supports residents on their path to independence and social participation through individual conversations, goal-setting, group training, information sessions, motivation, and community integration. The role requires an HBO degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a teaching qualification, at least two years of group-training experience, cultural sensitivity, flexible evening and weekend availability, and a car with a valid driver’s license. It is a temporary contract with possible permanent employment, offering a 32–36-hour flexible workweek, a monthly salary of €3,590.34–€4,978.19, and travel reimbursement to the green location in Deelen.
