CoreCivic is hiring a Program Facilitator - Transfer VR to conduct group programs for inmates or residents in residential and non-residential settings. The role includes interviewing and assessing participants, facilitating workshops and group activities, establishing behavioral standards, coordinating admissions and program completion, maintaining confidentiality, and evaluating participant progress. The position pays $18.60 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED, 60 college credit hours, a valid driver’s license, and at least 18 years of age; custody experience is preferred.
