Draper, an independent nonprofit R&D company in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is hiring a Program Finance Analyst 3 to support program finance for defense-related contracts. The role focuses on earned value management, baseline and EAC support, cost/schedule variance analysis, reporting for PMRs and QBRs, invoicing and receivables, and maintaining program financial controls in accordance with government contracting standards. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, 3–5 years of analyst or related experience, strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with DoD programs, EVMS, and federal acquisition regulations.
