The role owns program financial data, budgets, forecasts, estimates at completion, cost variances, invoicing, contract pricing, subcontractor funding, and management reporting while coordinating with program management and senior leadership. The position requires a Secret clearance, a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and at least five years of progressively responsible experience in project or program management, quantitative analysis, or financial analysis.
