BlackSky is hiring a Program Finance Manager to lead the development of a new program finance function and provide financial oversight for internal and customer-facing programs. The role will lead budgeting, forecasts, variance analysis, revenue recognition, billing, financial modeling, program profitability, cash-flow projections, financial controls, and stakeholder reporting while coaching analysts and advising program managers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of financial management or program/project finance experience in professional services or government contracting, strong Excel and data-visualization skills, and eligibility for a U.S. security clearance. The anticipated base salary is $135,000–$150,000 per year.
