Description
The Program Floor Supervisor oversees operations and direct-care staff in a residential treatment program for youth ages 8 through 17 with significant mental health and psychiatric needs. The role provides clinical and administrative supervision, supports individualized treatment plans, manages unit resources and safety, prepares reports, participates in training and team meetings, and coordinates with other providers. It requires an associate’s degree, behavioral health and pervasive developmental disorders knowledge, crisis-management ability, and leadership skills; a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred. The position offers 10-hour shifts from 11 PM to 9 AM, four days per week, with an hourly range of $23–$26 depending on experience and education.
