Description
The Program Generalist at Catholic Community Services' Family Housing Network (FHN) is an on-call position responsible for supervising, securing, and engaging with participants in housing programs, including the Holy Rosary Safe Parking program. This role involves assisting participants with basic needs, housing stability goals, and navigating social services, while also monitoring site traffic, maintaining cleanliness, and responding to crises, all within a framework of Trauma-Informed Care and Motivational Interviewing.
