Description
The Program Generalist processes and certifies new and existing applications for Fuel Assistance, Energy, and associated programs, including eligibility reviews, client interviews, application entry, documentation collection, file maintenance, denial processing, notices, home visits, and client inquiries. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of prior office experience, computer and MS Office skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to meet insurance standards. It reports to the HEAP Supervisor, requires a background check, and offers a hybrid work arrangement of 0–40% remote work.
