Description
The Program Implementation Manager will own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream transformation programs, coordinating internal and third-party teams, managing risks, budgets, resources, change control, quality gates, reporting, and stakeholder relationships. The role requires proven experience delivering major transformation or implementation programs, program and budget management, third-party delivery leadership, change control, and fluent Dutch and English skills; experience in Dutch financial services, agile and waterfall environments, multi-vendor systems integration, and benefits realization is desirable.
