Description
The Program Instructor supports individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home by assisting with daily living, personal care, meals, routines, medical needs, behavior plans, community involvement, and overnight safety checks. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Connecticut driver’s license, and the ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid; prior disability-support experience is not required because paid training is provided. Pay is $19.28 per hour, with an additional $0.50 per hour for DDS Medication Certification, and shifts are available in West Haven and New Haven.
