Description
The Program Instructor will plan and deliver age-appropriate fine arts, youth-oriented, and dance or tumbling programs; supervise activities; incorporate YMCA Character Development values; maintain attendance and skill records; keep program areas safe and clean; and follow YMCA safety, child-abuse-prevention, and emergency procedures. The role requires at least one year of programming or youth-oriented experience, one year of dance or tumbling experience, CPR and First Aid certification, safety training, concussion training, and customer-service and communication skills. The beginning pay rate is $10.70, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid vacation benefits.
