KMS Solutions is hiring a Program Integration Liaison to serve as the central integrator between NUWC Code 25, PMS 425, and the SSP SLCM‑N program offices for future attack submarine design development and R&D planning. The role coordinates requirements, configuration baselines, engineering reviews, testing, schedules, funding, tasking, and issue resolution across government and industry partners, with an on-site position near the Washington Navy Yard and limited situational telework. It requires a SECRET-level or higher DoD security clearance, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical management, or a related field, and at least 8 years of weapons-system integration experience supporting Navy programs.
