Pilot Company is hiring an Infrastructure Support Intern in Knoxville, Tennessee, for a full-time, in-person summer internship from June 7 through August 13, 2027. The role supports enterprise server operations, Microsoft Intune device management, Microsoft applications, Copilot, device imaging and patching, and IT service delivery. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field, with foundational knowledge of server infrastructure, Microsoft environments, cloud technologies, and AWS. The internship includes a recruiter screen, a 30-minute virtual interview with the supervisor, and a joint interview with the team.
