Pilot Company is seeking a Network Operations Intern to join its Network Operations team in Knoxville, Tennessee, for the summer of 2027. The full-time, in-person internship supports network monitoring, incident response, maintenance, troubleshooting, infrastructure support, and operational efficiency. Candidates should be pursuing a Technology or IT degree with coursework or experience in networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure; service desk, help desk, or guest support experience and relevant certifications are advantageous. The role requires strong technology aptitude, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure and coach others.
