Pilot Company is hiring an Operations Excellence, Continuous Improvement Intern to support data-driven process improvement, operational efficiency, project analysis, process redesign, automation, and stakeholder collaboration. The full-time, in-person internship runs from June 7 to August 13, 2027, at the company’s Knoxville headquarters. Candidates should be rising junior, senior, or graduate students, with Industrial Engineering preferred, extensive Excel and PowerPoint experience, and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma systems as a plus.
