Pilot Company is hiring a full-time, in-person People Technology Intern in Knoxville, Tennessee, for the summer of 2027, from June 7 through August 13. The intern will support the optimization and adoption of Workday and other human resources technologies, gather and analyze user feedback, identify process and data-quality improvements, and collaborate with business, HR, and IT teams to improve the employee experience. Candidates should be pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant technology or business field, have Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
