Pilot Company is hiring a full-time, in-person Process Automation Intern in Knoxville, Tennessee, for the summer of 2027, from June 7 through August 13. The intern will support business process automation by developing process maps, building Blue Prism and other automation solutions, and contributing to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business partner experiences. The role requires an undergraduate or master's degree in a relevant field, strong Excel proficiency, and interest in process automation and emerging technologies; experience with Blue Prism, process mapping, automation technologies, or data analysis tools is a plus, with training provided as needed.
