CodeValue is hiring an experienced Program Lead to lead a complex, large-scale enterprise technology program in the banking and financial services domain. The role covers program planning through delivery, governance, roadmaps, risks, dependencies, milestones, stakeholder coordination, and progress reporting, with a hybrid work model requiring four days per week onsite in Rishon LeZion. Prior experience leading enterprise technology programs, program or delivery management, governance, roadmaps, risk management, complex technology environments, and stakeholder communication is required; banking or financial services and consulting or multi-customer experience are advantageous.
