Description
The Summer Camp Director will lead and support the summer staff team in delivering safe, fun, and excellent camp programming, including activities, skits, songs, icebreakers, guest-group programs, and community worship. The role involves building relationships with staff and campers, preparing and transporting supplies, training support staff, overseeing the Summer Leadership Team, maintaining camp standards, and assisting with housekeeping. It is a seasonal position with provided housing and meals during contract dates, requires a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, camp-programming experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum age of 18.
