Watson Institute is seeking a Program Lead to manage and execute all aspects of their Fellowship programs. The role involves overseeing the entire 16-week fellowship experience, including pre-planning, immersion, onboarding, and continuous engagement with fellows. Key responsibilities include fostering a supportive community, facilitating curriculum delivery, and ensuring effective communication between fellows, mentors, and institute staff. The Program Lead will also focus on community outreach and engagement, developing relationships with local and global stakeholders.
