Vailexa is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its CRA compliance program. The role translates regulatory requirements into technical proposals, owns the technical roadmap and delivery tracking, coordinates with product management and engineering, represents the program to legal, compliance, and leadership stakeholders, and unblocks engineering work. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong AI fluency, experience in a hybrid technical program-management or technical-lead role, security or compliance experience, and the ability to draft credible software-architecture proposals.
