Description
SecurityScorecard is hiring a Design/UX Operations and Program Management Lead to build and run the operating model for an AI-first, pod-based design organization. The role covers AI-first design workflows, design-to-engineering handoffs, agent experience operations, cross-pod planning and prioritization, metrics, customer co-builds, and standards across design, product, engineering, and security. It is a hybrid role based on proximity to the Midtown New York City or Downtown Austin office, with fully remote eligibility for employees outside the 75-mile radius of both offices. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience and offers a base-plus-bonus compensation range of $185,000 to $230,000, with health benefits and other benefits.
