World Relief is hiring a Program Lead, Humanitarian Response to lead World Relief’s role as co-lead on an anticipated multi-country humanitarian consortium project focused on sudden-onset disaster response in complex fragile contexts. The role oversees the design, implementation, monitoring, accountability, funding mobilization, partner coordination, reporting, and quality of emergency response activities; represents World Relief with consortium partners and donors; and directly supervises a Program Officer. The position requires extensive humanitarian program leadership, rapid-response, consortium, US Government-funded project, monitoring and evaluation, and analytical experience, along with extensive travel to fragile contexts.
