Lila Sciences is seeking a Program Lead to own strategy and execution for its Materials Science AISF program. The role is responsible for defining and translating product, science, and AI priorities into program charters, budgets, timelines, roadmaps, and execution plans, while coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering, scientific programs, and technical leadership. The position requires a PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific field plus industry research experience, with strong program leadership, communication, and matrix-team influence skills. The role is full-time and based in the United States, with a posted base salary range of $320,000 to $380,000 USD and comprehensive benefits.
