Description
The Program Leader will manage an automotive program from award or RFQA approval through six months after start of production, serving as the official Faurecia representative and guarantor of customer satisfaction, quality, cost, delivery, and profitability. The role leads negotiations, business planning, investment control, risk analysis, customer conflict resolution, cross-functional team coordination, program communications, and transfer to production, while maintaining HSE and company compliance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, professional English, at least five years of industrial or product experience, and at least two years of project management experience.
