Description
The Community Youth Center of San Francisco is hiring a part-time, non-exempt Program Leader for the CYC Aptos Beacon Center. Reporting to the Site Coordinator or Beacon Director, the role develops, implements, and oversees academic and enrichment activities for middle school youth, including tutoring, arts, sports, performing arts, STEAM, and project-based learning. Responsibilities also include classroom and behavior management, conflict mediation, program marketing, event coordination, family communication, data collection, and program evaluation. A bachelor's degree is preferred, or applicants must have completed at least 48 college units or passed an Instructional Aide Exam; at least one year of experience planning and facilitating youth enrichment activities is required. The position pays $23.50-$27.00 per hour and ends on 6/2/2027.
