Aptiv is seeking a Principal Automotive Project Manager to lead cross-functional EMEA teams through project and process development from customer nomination through handover to serial production. The role owns project execution, schedules, customer interfaces, risk and issue management, pilot and prototype coordination, launch readiness, production ramp-up, and launch metrics, while supporting audits and inter-regional projects. Candidates need a master’s degree in engineering, at least five years of automotive project management experience, leadership and communication skills, knowledge of automotive development standards such as APQP and FMEA, and experience with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
