Description
The Program Leader provides leadership and support for academic, cultural, and recreational enrichment in an after-school program for K-12 students. Reporting to the ASAS-LA Program Coordinator, the role plans and implements daily activities, maintains a 20:1 student ratio, supervises students, supports field trips and events, tracks attendance and program progress, and maintains a safe and supportive environment. The position is part-time, pays $20.50 per hour, requires evening and weekend availability, and involves travel between school sites and community locations.
