Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) is hiring a Part-Time Program Leader for its Balboa High School After School Program and Summer Program in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on developing and facilitating academic and enrichment activities for high school youth, including tutoring, project-based learning, behavior support, conflict mediation, event coordination, data collection, and communication with school staff and families. The position is non-exempt, paid hourly at $23.50-$27.00 for 25 hours per week, and prefers candidates with a bachelor’s degree or at least 48 college units, youth development experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and bilingual ability in Cantonese/Mandarin or Spanish.
