Description
The Program Leader - BASE supervises and guides children in a before- and after-school program, plans and implements activities and curriculum, communicates with families, supports behavior, and ensures active supervision and safety. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, at least 18 years of age, and either three months of verified experience caring for four or more unrelated children over age four or a current early childhood professional credential level I or higher. It is a split-shift, 0.5 FTE position scheduled for 20 hours per week at Cougar Run Elementary, with a minimum hourly rate of $18.31 and a maximum of $23.75, and remains open until filled before November 25, 2026.
