Description
The Program Leader/Bus Driver supports and guides club members across various educational and recreational programs, including Education, Social Recreation, Arts & Crafts, and Physical Education. This role also involves safely transporting club members between local schools and the club facility using a 14-passenger bus. Key responsibilities include creating a safe environment for youth development, promoting active participation, acting as a role model, maintaining facility cleanliness, communicating effectively with staff and members, planning and supervising high-quality youth programs, monitoring program effectiveness, assisting with report preparation, performing thorough bus inspections, maintaining accurate transportation records, supporting special events, aiding in new member registration, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
