LACROIX Electronics GmbH is hiring a Program Leader / Program Manager for its Willich, Germany electronics manufacturing site. The role owns the commercial and operational management of customer programs across the product lifecycle, coordinates with customers and internal specialist functions, manages budgets and manufacturing costs, oversees contracts and delivery performance, handles claims and change management, and supports risk, obsolescence, and business-review activities. Candidates need a technical or business degree, several years of experience managing complex industrial customer programs, strong knowledge of production and supply-chain structures, excellent English, and MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge is desirable. The position offers mobile working after successful onboarding and performance-based compensation.
