Description
Quest Global is seeking an experienced Program Manager to establish and scale an Offshore Development Center (ODC) for semiconductor equipment software. The role leads end-to-end program execution, governance, resource planning, team building and mentoring, customer and stakeholder management, risk and change control, compliance, and continuous improvement across global onsite and offshore teams. Candidates need at least 12 years of software engineering or program management experience, significant semiconductor equipment experience, ODC setup and scaling experience, and expertise in factory automation and equipment integration.
