Rustic Pathways is hiring a seasonal Program Leader for its Spring–Summer 2027 program. The role is based in a destination country and involves caring for students, responding to incidents and emergencies, communicating with parents and global staff, partnering with local leaders and community partners, and facilitating safe, inclusive experiential travel experiences. Applicants need at least two years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and the ability to work in a destination for 1–10 consecutive weeks. Compensation is $400–$1,200 per week.
