Evernorth Health Services India is hiring a Program Management Advisor in Hyderabad to coordinate global and local program execution across US and Hyderabad teams. The role will lead PMO governance, status reporting, portfolio tracking, capacity alignment, risk and dependency management, and cross-functional delivery while supporting workforce planning, staffing demand intake, talent mobility, and ATS accuracy. It requires 10–14 years of program, project management, or PMO experience, a bachelor's degree, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
