Description
The Program Management Advisor (Workforce Management) will support Evernorth Health Services India leadership in workforce planning, capacity management, capability development, talent readiness, and workforce analytics. The role partners with business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and functional teams to align talent supply with business demand, maintain skills frameworks and role architecture, identify workforce risks, and produce executive insights and governance reports. It requires 11–13 years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, HR analytics, capability management, or related disciplines, along with strong stakeholder influence, analytical, governance, and Excel and PowerPoint skills.
