The role supports strategic planning, program analysis, financial management, stakeholder coordination, training development, project status reporting, cost and schedule monitoring, and Navy ERP and NAVSEA planning systems. It requires a bachelor's degree, 1–4 years of relevant professional experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance within 90 days of hire.
