KAIROS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support a program office at Naval Air Station Patuxent River. The role applies analytic techniques to program and project objectives, analyzes requirements, status, budgets, and schedules, performs management and business case analyses, and manages documentation, change control, and data processes for aircraft, weapon, and product programs. The position requires a relevant master’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least 10 years of DoD program management, technical, or business analysis experience related to aviation or ship systems acquisition and life-cycle management, and an Active Secret Security Clearance. Compensation is estimated at $90,000 to $110,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
