Description
The role directs programs from inception through completion, coordinating personnel, recruitment, training, performance, assignments, compensation, recognition, disciplinary actions, costs, schedules, technical performance, contracts, proposals, budgets, customer reviews, design concepts, milestones, and program problems. It requires engineering, technical, or business education or equivalent experience, earned-value management, SAFe@ Agile, systems engineering, cost-accounting, risk and opportunity management, Objective Simulation Framework, and an active Secret security clearance. The position offers a full-time salary range of $120,600 to $224,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
